Delivery and return
SHIPPING COSTS
The costs (fees) associated with sending (shipping) your order will be your responsibility and will be calculated automatically based on the size and weight of your order.
These costs will be added when registering and validating your order.
DELIVERY DELAY
Our deliveries are handled by our partner, Canada Post, and lead times vary depending on the delivery location.
For shipment to Quebec, the delay is 5 working days. For the rest of Canada, the delay is 9 working days.
We are not responsible if these lead times are not guaranteed as weather conditions and mail volumes (eg holiday season) may affect the delivery of items.
A tracking number will be provided to you to track the progress of your delivery on the Canada Post site.
Return and Refund Policy
If you received a damaged product, a lost package or an error in your order, please contact customer service at arrangetoi.entreprise@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. If the order error is on your part, be aware that delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.
RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.The return of certain types of goods is not permitted. Thus, perishable goods, such as food, flowers, spices cannot be returned.
In addition, due to the pandemic and certain sanitary rules, we cannot accept returns of food products. Also, sale items and gift cards are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, send us an e-mail at arrangetoi.entreprise@gmail.com and send your item to: 338 1/2 17 ème rue, Quebec, QC, G1L2E4, Canada.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the equivalent value of the returned item. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to themselves with the intention of delivering it to you later, her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
Dispatch

REFUND

After receiving your return and inspecting it, we will let you know whether or not a refund has been approved. If so, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method. It is important to note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and record the refund.

The person behind the project
"My name is Florian and I am behind this project, driven by my passion for discovery and homemade.
I discovered arranged rum while vacationing on Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean more than 10 years ago. This alcoholic and fruity blend intrigued me so much that I started making my own versions at home as soon as I got back from vacation. Over the years, I have shared my creations with my family, my friends and my loved ones, whether in France, my country of birth, or here, in Quebec, my province of adoption for 9 years.
This is how I realized that there was little supply and that arrangé rum was very little known in Quebec.
After 12 years in the health field, I wanted to do something close to my heart, to pursue a new
passion and take on a new challenge. The idea of a project to discover arranged rum in Quebec, with local flavors in a circuit concept
short, then came to me.
I am passionate about good things, local, artisanal products, products made with love and passion.
This is why I have chosen to offer quality artisanal products, made from carefully selected ingredients, to offer a unique traditional drink.
I am proud to share my passion with you and to offer you unique products that you will be able to make yourself.
I hope you discover new flavors, arouse your curiosity for this unique drink and that you have a good time.

Our concrete steps to minimize our impact
We believe that quality and sustainability go hand in hand, and we have implemented several measures to minimize our environmental impact.
We know that respect for the environment is crucial, and we want to be a company that actively participates in preserving the planet. This is why we have chosen to work with a network of local and local suppliers , as much as possible, in order to reduce our carbon footprint (by walking there, for example) and also support local producers. We also know that it has a positive impact on the local economy , and that makes us proud.
In addition, we have designed eco-responsible packaging for our product, using a reusable and recyclable glass bottle, as well as labels made from recycled paper. We are aware that every small gesture counts, and we are happy to know that our choice to do simple but effective things contributes to the preservation of the environment.
We also work with local distributors for our products, to limit our impact on the planet. We think this is important because we want to be part of a community that cares about the environment as much as we do.
The logical approach to the environment involves considering the environmental consequences of every action we take. One of the key areas where we can apply this approach is in how we buy and store products.
An effective way to reduce our environmental impact is to favor the use of reusable and recyclable containers when we buy from distributors. This may include the use of reusable bags, glass bottles and containers, reusable food wraps, among others.
In addition, for the storage of products, it is possible to use reusable containers such as mason jars or brown paper bags. These options are not only environmentally friendly, but they are also more durable than single-use options.
By choosing reusable storage options , we can help reduce waste and conserve natural resources. Ultimately, the logical approach to the environment is to consider the environmental impacts of every action we take, including how we buy and store products.
Finally, we found an innovative use for the wood chips recovered in a collaborative carpentry workshop. We are proud to contribute to a circular economy and the recovery of natural waste by using these shavings to protect our bottles during shipments, rather than using additional packaging materials.
